Sometimes we have seen that customer have their systems set to Dolby Digital. THIS SETTING MUST BE CHANGED on the device your trying to convert. PLEASE CHECK THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER.Most of DVD players and other devices support LPCM or other setting.
